Fashion designer Victoria Beckham has made an unusual purchase – a Spar shop in London’s Battersea
Yes, you read that right. That’s Spar with a ‘r’ not spa.
The fashion designer formally known as Posh Spice has added a convenience store to her property portfolio, but don’t worry, she’s not about to start selling groceries though - it’s for her ever-expanding fashion empire.
The 850 sq ft store is located within walking distance of her London offices, meaning she’ll have even more space for her burgeoning eponymous level.
A source speaking to The Mirror said: “Victoria’s range is going from strength to strength and expanding at a phenomenal rate… Obviously she hasn’t bought it as her inaugural flagship store but she will be using it primarily as extra work space for her rapidly growing team.”
Next up, is VB's eagerly-awaited e-commerce store, launching this spring.
