La última vez que se encontraron, fué el 15 de marzo del 2009 y Milan le ganó a Siena 5-1. El pasado 17 de enero, la historia se repitió cuando Milan derrotó a Siena 4 - 0. El equipo estaba muy contento.

Last time they met, it was a 15 March 2009 and Milan won 5 - 1 against Siena. We faced pretty much the same event last 17 January 2010 when AC Milan beat Siena 4-0. The team was soooo happy!!
