El 23 de noviembre, David visitara con el Galaxy a las tropas norteamericanas el Dia de Gracias.La tropa se encuentra en Kaiserslautern, Sudoeste de Alemania. El 26 jugarán un partido de futbol contra Kaiserslautern FC, y ya 25,000 entradas estan disponibles para los hombres en servicio, Departamento de Defensa y sus familiares.Lo han criticado por no visitar tropas inglesas, pero el Coronel Bob Stewart, -Acción por las Fuerzas Armadas, dijo ''David Beckham es parte de un equipo norteamericano, asique no es sorpresa que vaya a donde le digan que tiene que ir. Hay muchas otras personas que pueden visitar a las tropas inglesas. Si David quiere hacerlo en el futuro, esta bien. Si no, otro lo hará.''

On Nov 23, DAVID Beckham is to spend four days with the U.S. army over Thanksgiving.
The footie star and his Los Angeles Galaxy teammates are to undertake a morale-boosting visit to Kaiserslautern, South West Germany, to show support for soldiers in Afghanistan.The sports stars will stay in an army barracks from next Monday, where they will visit troops and their families, as well as meeting injured soldiers at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Centre.

On 26 November - Thanksgiving Day - David and his teammates will play a friendly match against Kaiserslautern FC, with around 25,000 tickets being made available to U.S. servicemen, Defence Department staff and their families. The heartthrob midfielder- who has three sons with wife Victoria - has been criticised for visiting American troops over British soldiers.Colonel Bob Stewart, Chairman of Action for Armed Forces, said: “Beckham plays for an American team and I expect he goes wherever they want him to go.“There are plenty of other people who can travel to support British troops instead of him. If he does want to visit them in the future that's fine. If not, someone else will.”
