La rumorología es gratis y, como tal, cada cual se puede montar sus propias películas con los nombres y personajes que crea oportuno, así como los equipos que vea adecuados para que su papel tenga sentido. Y eso ha sido lo que le ha ocurrido a David Beckham y el Chelsea, a quien algunos medios ingleses han querido unir sin demasiado sentido a juzgar por lo que ha comentado el aún milanista.

“Pertenezco al Galaxy. El día 11 de julio regreso para empezar mi nueva etapa allí y después cerraré la temporada allí en la MLS”, dijo Beckham, ampliando que ha aprendido mucho de su etapa en Milan: “Ancelotti ha sido increíble para mí desde que he llegado a Milán. Ha contado conmigo en un buen número de partidos. Yo estoy muy agradecido por ello”, apuntó.

A sus 34 años negó que el Chelsea le haya contactado y afirmó que "aún no hay nada firmado con nadie para la próxima campaña” aunque “obviamente el Milán ya ha mostrado su interés para que yo regrese y eso es siempre un buen síntoma”.

Reports have suggested Chelsea managerial target Carlo Ancelotti is keen on bringing Beckham to Stamford Bridge if he takes over from Guus Hiddink this summer.The England star has impressed in Italy with Milan during his loan spell from American side LA Galaxy.Ancelotti has been strongly linked with a move to Chelsea once the Serie A season –finishes today.But Beckham is due to return to Galaxy next week.And Becks says it is unlikely he would follow Ancelotti even if the Italian does end up going to England.When pressed over the chances of a move to Stamford Bridge next season, Beckham said: “I don’t think that’s a possibility.At the end of the day I’m still contracted to the Galaxy.“I’ll be coming back on July 11 to start training and then to finish the MLS season.“But it’s always nice to be wanted and Carlo has been amazing to me since I’ve come to Milan, to play me in as many games as he has.“I’m very thankful to him for that.”Beckham is hopeful of –returning to Milan next season, with the Italian giants keen on bringing him back after his successful loan spell there this season. Becks, 34, admits –nothing has been agreed with Milan but he is happy that the Italian club remain keen on utilising his services again.But at the moment any deal is up in the air. He said: “Nothing has been signed yet for next season.“Milan have –already shown their interest in me coming back, so that’s a good sign.“But nothing concrete has been decided so far.”Beckham signed for Milan in January, initially only for a –three-month period.Happily for Beckham, the deal was extended until the end of the season and he kept his place in Fabio Capello’s England set-up.On March 28 Beckham passed Bobby Moore to become the most-capped outfield player for his country with 109 appearances.And he added another cap against Ukraine on April 1.
